AHCMOM217 Operate quad bikes


This course includes training to understand the functions of quad bikes, as well as the correct maintenance and use of quad bikes.


Target Audience:

This course is intended for any individual who is required to operate a quad bike.
Age Restrictions: Course suitable for 15 years of age and above

Learning Outcomes:

  • Plan and prepare the quad bike for use
  • Operate the quad bike
  • Shut down, report and store the quad bike

Learning Methods:

Delivery:  1-day face-to-face training session and final assessment.
Successful completion of the unit of competency requires a competent result for the knowledge and practical assessments.

DELIVERY OPTION:  AHCMOM216 Operate side by side utility vehicles can be added as an additional unit of competency within the 1-day AHCMOM217 Operate quad bikes course at a cost of $125 (total fee of $500).  Please contact us if you would like to include this unit with your training.
